Hook in sentence - Flaxmere pools was fun I learnt how to dolphin dive l thought I was so great because I got better and better.                 

Room 20 went to drive in the bus at nine o'clock first in the morning. I liked it in the bus and I was always buddies with Jessica and Emilie-Rose. My teacher was an old lady she was a very good teacher.What I liked is diving it was my favourite to do. I was doing completely what the teacher was saying.I think I need to complete my backstroke in a straight line. I think I improved my freestyle. When I was doing dolphin dive I felt like I was a dolphin.I wonder if the swimming teacher thought I worked very well. Kyra said “wheres sasha?” and she was under the water. “What is that smell?” I asked Kyra. Sasha and Inteegra said “it's the smell of chlorine” “oh” I said. “Why are you pulling me Sasha?” I explained.

In 2 minutes I went under the water and felt something. It was this fun floating thing whenever i touched it was floating me up. I saw people doing swimming and I was imagining flowing sea coming to me. I heard swifty water swiping up like a wave. Soaring in to me. Once I had to show my group how to put our arms on our side.

’Ok “the lady explained “We are doing backstroke.” “Oh no” I said “Thats what I’m working on anyway.” I would have to try my best. When i got to the end of the pool the lady said “well done Beau I was so impressed.”

My favourite part was having fun and learning about new swimming lessons. I liked flaxmere waterworld

plus there was only girls in our lane. I like how the water was cold and I got use to it was relaxing.

I had such a good day at flaxmere waterworld. Next time we go I'm going to be impressed because I’ve worked so well.

Maui is one of the most famous characters  in maori folklore. The legend tells how Maui caught the big huge fish which even tied in the north island thousands of  years ago.  When maui was invented a big huge fish that came out of the big blue ocean. It was bigger than a person. But Maui wasn’t a keen fishermen . A girl called moana was at the beach where maui was he asked hello why are you here because I need to find my precious family I haven't  seen them in 78 years ok. I  will help you maui said. Then Maui sneaked and took off.  Maui went to his grandmas. His grandma gave him something special a magical fish hook Maui began to sing to the maori song quietly. He was going to save the world  instead of defending it. When Maui went out he was strangling because when Maui went straight out of the door some evil creature the big crab came out is soon as maui went out the door stole the  power that Maui's grandma gave him.  Maui nearly died.  But Maui didn't die lucky he was going to fight  that  mysterious crab.  There we go Maui won the fight. Maui saved the the power of the fish hook and lived happily for the huge family.   Well done Maui's mum and dads said.   Well done Maui. Maui yeh yeh yeh everyone cheered  and sang a happy song. Saturday evening Megan and her grandmother and her grandfather  Lee and Tally  were taking Megan out for a walk to Cornwall Park. First Megan and Grandpa Tally and Grandma Lee  and Megan had a little sweet picnic. In their picnic they had fruit ,egg ,sandwiches, mints , cheese pies ,coke ,water , chicken and chips. They had a big big munch  . Megan  saw all of her friends at the park ,  she saw Reagan, Annabell ,Tressa ,Ally ,Morgan,  Jane  and Kaylah .

They play all together,  First they  asked all their mums and dads if they could all go out together.They all agreed with yes so they went out . Megan asked could we go to the shop ,movies, Kmart and Mcdonalds or something. Now since   we’re  getting  older    let's sneak and travel to Auckland  and go to Rainbows end .”Let's go on  the  roller coaster, it's cool amazing on the roller coaster”  said Megan..  So they had a long travel  to Auckland .  First they went to the zoo. They saw lots of native animals.  They  saw birds, monkeys,flamingos, and crocodiles.  Then they went  traveling back  to their home called Palmerston North.  The  girls were really lucky .  Then  the girls had to go home, they were  like ohh moaning , out loud .Megan went back to her mum and dads. Mum’s name is Jessie-Len. Dad's name is  Ben. ,”Mum and Dad what we having for dinner?” said Megan. ‘Chicken salad ‘ yelled mum .Oh’ ooh yum munch munch Megan went eating. Then after they had dinner they went to sleep but after they were going to get to sleep something strange happened,  a car crashed.They knew who it was but Mum only did.It was her friend from work. Her work was called Titacole Island  Camacol . Her friends name was  Allabeca, that was Megan's Mum’s best friend from work . Mum started crying deep inside her heart . Then they saw outside a car crash boom bam ding boom boom bang that loud noisy crash went harmfully.The next day they went to Mum’s friends furnell then next Megan just hung out with her Mum and Dad and had a happy day.

Hawkes bay fire

I can see the blasting fire hanging out  extremely  hot, firing out with lava,  exploding ‘ burning hot volcano  spreading everywhere. People were running, screaming, shouting and getting scared.

Fire  is  popping  out and is blistery  hot action. Its  lava boiling - cocagne pop pop pop pop grn grn grn.’

They  make rose coloured fireworks.

I've  seen  a  fire  in my  life  before.There was a fire at my neighbours.

Exploding ahh ahh it's dangerous out here .

 Terrible suffocating people aah ek ek the sound of people dying battle fire gn gn gn.

Rough people screaming, people crying.

   Burn burn burn that fire goes blasting  out .

Dan dan tweet tweet poor birds went .

    I wonder how this terrible fire happened, maybe because  someone was rocking the volcano.

I  wonder where the bridge goes to.  It might  lead to the jungle or the wild magical forest.  It smells very weird. “I can hear a  quiet fuzzy  bird”  said  Angel  and Kylah.

     Then “Aargh” screamed  my  brother  Kharter and myself .

Dad said this looks 1055 years old while  Aunty  Kandice was photographing.  Jackson  and  Jakobi  got  so scared  that  they  were   running  around  in circles . Mum just  sat  on the grass playing  on her  phone  listening  to  songs  .  Ok   I  stopped  screaming  so has Angel  .  Once  I   stopped  screaming  I  stopped  and  looked  at  something and then  I  saw  a strawberry  tree.  I  wanted   to  taste  it  so I  did. It  tasted  pretty nice  .  I wonder who  made  this tree .  When  was  this  bridge  made? -   Was it made  in  9098   6098  8902  whatever .  

“Dad”   I   asked  can  we  have  lunch now”? I  said.   

“Yes”  said  Dad .  

Mum  and  Dad  looked  at  the  really  old  bridge.  Mum  and  Dad  thought.  Is  there  a  sign?  said   Dad   “Yeah  you’re  right”  said  Mum there  should  be a  sign  there  ohh ohh  yelled Aunty  Jackie.  “There it  is”  said mum and dad - read  what  it says  ok.  No  one   goes  near or  across  this  bridge  or  definitely  it will   break  please listen to us.  please  please  it  is dangerous across   this  bridge   please.   Uncle Nickie  crossed  over it nearly  but  where like no no  and  Uncle  Nickie  said   ok   and  didn’t  cross  the   bridge .   The bridge I said duh  instead  of on  top  of the  bridge  what  about   on  the bottom  said  myself  .  There might be a troll  underneath.   There might  be a monster underneath  the  bridge . There  might   a   crocodile  underneath   the   bridge.   “Ahh  “ screamed  all  the  little   kids .”Ahem  ah ah ah ah ah   ok ok ok okay yay”  said  Aunty  Kandice and my  mum   Cassie.  Can  you  older two  stop  scaring the kids please.  ok ok ok  me and  Angel  said  .   And  the kids  settled down .  “Ahhh Errr  ahhh ree   I  feel better now”   said  the kids  now   don’t  scare  me    ok  let’s head  off  home  and  have  more  fun  Yay!  .  And they  head  off  bye bye.
